Guidelines
Keep in mind that your products will be printed directly from these spreadsheets, which is to say that we will glance over them for obvious errors, but we won’t be making any changes because we really don’t know if your aunt lives on a strange street name or she spells her name in an unusual way. Therefore…
– If you want states spelled out, write them that way.
– Double and triple check names, street names, cities, states, and zips.
– Sometimes Excel does strange things with information that starts with a “0,” so be sure to check that any zip codes or addresses that start that way have not been formatted so the “0” is gone. We have formatted our guideline sheet so the cells are formatted as “text” which solves that problem.
– For place cards and escort cards, if the names are to be printed in exactly the same way on both, there’s no need to do both tabs – you can just do the “escort card” tab and let us know in your note that they are the same.
– For escort cards, sometimes people will do one escort card per couple, but you can’t do that for placecards of course. That would be an instance where you would definitely need to utilize both sheets because the escort card might say “Mr. and Mrs. Robert Reed” but the placecards would need to read “Mr. Robert Reed” for one and “Mrs. Sarah Reed” for the other.
Submitting Addresses
The process for submitting addresses & guests lists is as follows:
- When you fill out the approval form for your save the date, you will automatically receive an email with the upload link for your address form. You don’t have to upload it right away, but when the list is ready/final, that’s where it needs to go.

- You will receive an email link 21 days before your wedding date with the wedding day paper upload form. That may or may not apply to your wedding day order and if it doesn’t feel free to ignore. For those that do need to provide lists, please provide it 10 days before the wedding.
